The italicized text is just for explaining purposes and should not be included in your app. What is listed here is the bare minimum for an application and your ALWAYS welcome to include more. Most of the stuff in this application format will not bar you from membership in any way, shape or form, and is mostly for a reference point so we can plan events around the members.
