Uh but still you can make a guide how to do those pills and with what... cuz i kinda need it so it would help a lot... ._.

Only advanced refining pills and advanced aura pills can be made with a wooden table or a desk:
x2 refining pill (from AP Mall) = advanced refining pill,
x2 aura pill (from AP Mall) = advanced aura pill.
