Knight of Archanea (KoA) - Official Schedule

Dear members of Archanea,

The time has finally come and the schedule is ALMOST official.
I, Jay Sr.Member and event planner for Archanea present to you the KoA Schedule:

Date: Saturday, May 18th 2013. 9pm PST. (Be guessing the date, Idenn needs to proof read)

Where: Idenn's HS

1. Seating: Guests and viewers will be seated first before any other. So feel special Jay loves and cares about you

2. My Intro: I myself will present myself, my position of Archanea and more.

3. VIP Guests Intro: Senior members on the Archanea guild list, leaders, and our VIP allies Infernus will be give a short one-line intro by ye ol' Jay and be seated shortly after that one punchline. (Drum rolls will be included)

4. Introduction speech: A short speech not to long, and present the Jam Band, and prep Idenn for her speech.

5. Jam Band: They will consist of a few Archanea members here to entertain you, and play probably max of one or two short songs.

6. Idenn's speech: Now after all the ramblings I made it is now Idenn's turn to speak briefly and present the long lasted unknown KoA winner!

7. Winner's speech of Victory and Glorious Glamour: Of course the winner has to have a bit of a say no matter how much he/ she is in a shock for winning, a short improvised speech unless they prepared one. However if they did it shall be kept short.

8. Closure speech: I will now dismiss everyone with a final speech and congratulate the winner once again, and after the end of this ceremony.

I personally thank you to who ever read this schedule, and I thank anyone who attended this ceremony. No worries if you missed it, I promise that I Blazinjay as event planner will keep events pretty packed. Now Archanea is a great guild and lets keep this spirit up guys and let it at least prosper for a decade. Many thanks from Jay.
