Mabinogi Inactivity Policy

Hello Everyone,
Today this post will be about our inactivity policy, as you are all well aware I've been extremely lenient with inactive people and such, this however is going to change from this point on, as we go on, do guild events and win the castle we're going to need to be able to make guild budgets with half the maximum member count voting in favor, this means we NEED people to be active to make this happen, as a result if you are inactive WITHOUT letting me know ahead of time for 4+ weeks you WILL be kicked and there will be no exceptions, this does not mean you cannot re-apply when you come back, people who are kicked are free to rejoin as they wish.

Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause, this is being implemented with the intent of providing the active portion with more guild events and rewards for winning such events.

This seems like a great plan, what will you do about hoarde of alts? Ask their mains to log into them?

No way to keep track of alts other than by either writing them down or memory, I've changed the kick message to something along the lines of : "You've been kicked likely because of inactivity, feel free to re-apply."

 Overall its the player's responsibility to let me know if they'll be gone or not and to tell me approximately how long, its also their responsibility to log onto alts to keep the in the active range, 4 weeks is already overly fair I feel.

I agree, 4 weeks is very fair and to not let the GM know if you have to be inactive for a long period is not only disrespectful to the GM but also to the whole guild in general.

Yeah, 4 weeks is very fair, I've seen guilds with 1 week policies, I'm not upset about the date of it, just curious if you'd let all the alts stay. lol
