I didn't see it in my homestead when I checked mine. Maybe it only shows the bell tower for homesteads at your level of growth?

its all over the mabinogi forums as well! some ppl reporting it flying above port cobh! the rumors range anywhere from a possible holloween event involving killer towers to Easter eggs left in the game by the dev's.
