I've restarted my computer, changed my MTU to normal, screamed at my computer, and nothing has changed. I'm going to re-install, but I have all my settings turned down and Im nowhere near a populated place in mabi. Idk what the deal is.

Normally has to do with your modem's signal. That's what happens with me at least.
