New Guild Policies(All Members Read ASAP)

Life skills are definitely not for everyone, you saw that list and you've know what happened in like August, it took a LOT of patience and honestly, I'd never do it again.. if I get banned/black robed or something, and come back then I'm gonna do something that doesn't require a ton of dex skills, prolly go for warrior or fighter (This isn't to say I don't see either of them as hard, it's to say they don't require the dex that range does or the int that magic does (Int is listed because 1. Blacksmithing. 2. Cooking. And there's prolly more I can't think of at this moment.)) I don't blame anyone in the world for not wanting to spam for days without stop to rank smithing or Tailoring or Enchant or the like.

Well I've done all the updates I'm doing for today, gonna take a break then do all the mastery listings and rule listings in the morning lol.

Uhh No offense here Idenn but, I think its a bit odd to have a guild gathering list. I mean not to disrespect the time and effort you have put in to putting it up, but to put up a gathering list seems like it can open the door for abuse. I mean say you are a crafter, if someone comes to to craft something for them, it's expected that they will provide their own mats. 

Now say that I have rank one ecology, a person who comes to me, asking for me to spend a couple hours or a day of my life in shyllien slaving away to gather enough mats for their hermit staffs and then hand it over to them, I would happily redirect them to Shiyo so she can hand them blasted oak wands so they can do it themselves.* That being said it makes sense to ask for things like help clearing a farm then it is to help farming.

But uhh all jokes aside, many of the gathering skills are generally things people should do for them selves, like milk gathering or hoeing are things that people shouldnt need to ask others for.

Idenn, if it's too much work for you, I don't mind helping you compile the section, then just forwarding what you need to post & the req'd screenshots for those who haven't given them to you yet. Initially, I assumed there'd be be a thread for it (similar to what Blazey posted), possibly where the first post would have a compiled list of everyone's provided skill and ranks (updated whenever), and the following posts would be the screenshots from those who are providing the skills (such that you really wouldn't even need updates - just for people looking for the services to scroll through the list). As for updating skill ranks (for those who've yet to be r1), people could just edit their posts with the update. I hadn't realized it'd be plastered in its own section where you'd have to process everything before it went through. xD

Changed the member list for the lifeskills it is now just 2-1 instead of 3 sections, soon there will be guild chat rules, forum rules, and a code of conduct for members.

Ok so not bad in posting and what not, but one question though. What sort of contributions do you want us to do master?  

We've been talking a lot about lifeskills, particularly the ones involving crafting instead of gathering (although there may still be some debate), and alchemy.


Hey Idenn, I could keep track of what goes on in the guild meetings. That would be useful, right? :T

Well overall, I don't ask anyone to make a particular contribution however, if you have an idea by all means share it, if it is do-able such as an event or a new rule you feel is necessary, we'll throw it in and give it a try.

As for keeping track of guild meeting content, that would help immensely.
